Do I need special equipment to use the CPM solution?

No. The CPM solution is a secure Web-based solution that does not require special software or equipment. Information is available 24/7 from any computer with Internet access, whether you are in the office, working from home or out in the field.

What makes the CPM solution better than my current manual process?

The CPM solution offers numerous significant benefits to users. Key benefits include lowered risk and costs, and overall improved efficiency. Emailing invoices, payments, change orders, sworn statements, compliance documents, contracts and lien waivers is risky and tedious. File sizes are often limited and emails can get lost. Transferring documents via the postal service prolongs the process and introduces even greater risks.

Does the CPM solution integrate with my current accounting software?

Yes. The CPM solution interfaces with a variety of job cost, accounting, imaging and project management (ERP) systems. Textura® is developing new solutions and enhancing existing solutions to connect our solutions with clients’ existing software. Standard interface points include contracts, owner change orders, subcontractor change orders, invoices, payments, compliance and document images.

Can anyone see my banking or financial information on the CPM solution?

No. Textura acts as a third-party processor disbursing funds for an organization only through the system. Funds never flow through the CPM solution. Once you input the information in the system, it immediately gets encrypted and hidden from view. Funds move directly from the disbursing organization’s bank to the receiving organization’s bank. We simply submit the ACH file to the disbursing organization’s bank on their behalf. All data is kept safe and secure. Textura does not sell information to third parties.

What is the cost to use the CPM solution?

Pricing for the CPM solution varies depending on your subscription level as well as the number and size of projects that are hosted. We have a variety of cost-effective options available.
