Mr. Allin is a widely regarded executive in the consulting and technology industries.
Before helping to found Textura, he was COO & CFO of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Global Consulting Practice, a $6B business. He was also the Global Relationship Partner for General Motors. Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Allin was President/CFO/Treasurer of Moore Business Forms North America, a Fortune 500 company.

Mr. Allin has had great success throughout his career in establishing new customer relationships, hiring top-performing individuals and creating customer-oriented organizations that have consistently grown faster than competitors. Mr. Allin has negotiated numerous acquisitions as well as strategic and business alliances.

Prior to helping found Textura, Mr. Eichhorn was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he served in a number of roles, including North American e-Business and Midwest Strategy Practices Leader. He was the US Relationship Partner for Union Pacific and Tellabs. Mr. Eichhorn spent nearly five years with McKinsey & Company, where he gained extensive international business experience, working with leading organizations throughout Europe. He was a Senior Strategy Partner and Midwest Strategy Practice Leader at Computer Sciences Corporation, and served as Systems Engineering Manager at IBM. During his career Mr. Eichhorn has also helped build two highly successful startup organizations, establishing new customer relationships and developing services to meet market needs.

As Vice President of Systems Development at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Mr. Wagner managed a staff of over 100 employees and ran multi-system support and development for one of the largest futures exchange and clearing house in the world. He served as Chief Software Architect at Mortgagebot, where he oversaw software application development.  Mr. Wagner was Chief Technology Officer of HyperFeed Technologies, Inc. and Chief Information Officer of Equitec Group LLC, designing and implementing technology infrastructure for their global offices.

Ms. Brown has over 16 years of experience helping customers successfully implement change in their organizations. She served as Senior Principal Consultant of the Strategic Change Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and worked as a Consulting Manager for Siebel Systems, in their Business Analytics division. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies in the automotive, consumer products, and healthcare industries. Ms. Brown is an expert in process redesign, technology implementation, and customer support.

Mr. Turrinelli joins Textura after more than 13 years as a technology company analyst and Group Head of Technology Research at William Blair & Company, a full-service investment bank based in Chicago. His focus has been on software-as-a-service, financial services technology, payments and payments Infrastructure, and technology-based business services companies. He has authored several “thought pieces” on payments infrastructure, software-as-a-service, and business-to-business internet opportunities and acted as resource to institutional investors, industry, and venture capital clients seeking independent insight and perspective on industry structure, key players and their competitive positioning, and fundamental industry trends.

Prior to William Blair & Company he served as a senior manager and consultant at Accenture with a focus on utility and manufacturing plant operations, and as a production engineer at Pirelli, Ltd.

Mr. Smith joins Textura after more than 6 years as Vice Presdident of Sales at Frontrange Solutions where he helped the company grow from 60 million to 130 Million. Prior to Frontrange, Mr. Smith served as Vice President of Sales and Service at 3Com Corporation. He also served as Regional Manager at Oracle Corporation where he managed the sales of the Application Suite. Mr. Smith brings over 20 years of selling experience and 15 years of Executive Management to Textura. He has been successful in large organizations and instrumental in the rapid growth of all the companies which he held positions during his career. He has experience in both the launching of new products into the market and growing global markets.

Mr. Brownett was Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at The Norwood Company, an ENR 400 Construction Manager & Design Builder. Before Norwood, he worked as Vice President of Finance for The George Hyman Construction Company (Clark Construction, a Top 12 U.S. General Contractor) in Bethesda, MD. A past National Chairman of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), Mr. Brownett is currently active with the organization’s Philadelphia Chapter. Mr. Brownett has more than 30 years of experience as a construction financial professional, and was a driving force behind the establishment of the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals (ICCIFP). He is a frequent speaker at construction industry association and conference meetings.
