High-end Real Estate Developer Turnberry Associates Leverages Technology to Optimize Construction Payment Processes

Looking for a way to standardize processes as its business grows in size and complexity, Aventura, Fla.-based real estate developer and property manager Turnberry Associates turned to Textura’s Construction Payment Management (CPM®) solution. Turnberry Associates, which has developed more than $8 billion in commercial and residential property, in particular sought ways to improve efficiency and further mitigate risk arising from construction payment activities across its development portfolio.

“Textura’s CPM solution has enabled us to achieve all of those objectives by facilitating centralized, standardized and collaborative interactions between our general contractors and subcontractors, as well as increasing our visibility and control across all payment process steps,” Lenny O’Neill, Senior Vice President of Construction for Turnberry Associates said in a press release.

A web-based, SaaS solution, CPM integrates all construction payment management processes into a seamless online workflow, resulting in greater efficiency, reduced risk, enhanced communication, and better visibility into financials and payment activities. In addition to streamlining and automating invoicing and enabling direct, electronic payments, CPM improves lien waiver collection/tracking and compliance management. General contractors, subcontractors and owner/developers all benefit from the process improvements and efficiencies that CPM brings.

We are excited to share this good news and welcome Turnberry Associates to the growing number of owner/developers using Textura-CPM to optimize their payment process!
